Subject	need electrical help

Message	i moved my BC and tubo timer to the glove box, installed a new boost gauge, everything seemd to work fine. when i finished up, my HID lights dont turn on. head lights stay on high beam and taillights arent working. my turn signals only work if turn on the hazard lights. the lights on the pods dont turn on, or speedo/odometer cluster doesnt turn on.. i checked the fuse box where the drivers side kick panel is. i tested the turn signal fuse and clearance illum. they are both working, so any comments suggestions? am i looking in the right place, or testing the right fuses?
